Serious Effects of Alcohol

I was surprised to learn that alcohol, a legal drug so readily available and socially acceptable, is proven to be more harmful to neurological development than other illicit drugs. Combined with cigarette smoking and it’s much worse. Let’s be clear. Everything consumed impacts the fetus. Alcohol is one we need to be talking about.
